Our geese come from a local farm in Biddenden near Tenterden, Kent. They are reared on open grass paddocks, foraging the berries from the hedgerows and orchards and a diet sourced from crops grown on the farm which gives the geese a distinctive taste and texture, ideal for the festive season.
