Our exceptional white turkeys are reared on a small, family farm in Tenterden, Kent. The farm grows its own cereal to feed the poultry and they are free-range. The turkeys are prepared on the farm and delivered direct to our store - they are not available in supermarkets and really are the most sublime tasting birds. They have a more subtle yet still delicious flavour compared with the bronze turkeys. Turkeys are presented to you as oven-ready, with giblets, a pop-up cooking timer & cooking instructions, in an easy to carry cardboard box. We recommend 500g per person, a generous portion often leaving some for delicious sandwiches.
